Terms of service

Last updated: August 16, 2026. These terms govern use of northpineatelier.com and purchases from Northpine Atelier, operated by TABITHA JUDEQ LLC.

Store use

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the storefront. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and may not misuse the store, interfere with security or use the service for unlawful activity.

Products and natural variation

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, measurements, images and CAD prices accurately. Genuine leather naturally varies in grain, small marks and tone. Screen settings and lighting can also affect colour appearance.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in CAD. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any duties collected by the store are shown before payment. The checkout total and available payment methods control the order. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order and will notify the customer if action is required.

Orders and cancellation

An order is accepted after payment approval, inventory confirmation and order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order when payment cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, information appears inaccurate or fraud is reasonably suspected. A customer may request cancellation within 12 hours after ordering or before fulfilment begins, whichever occurs first. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, privacy and payment

The Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Payment Policy form part of these terms. They explain the United States fulfilment origin, Canadian delivery estimates, duties, return initiation, refund timing, cross-border data processing and payment security.

Intellectual property

Store text, branding, product presentation and other content owned by or licensed to Northpine Atelier may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law allows.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may link to carriers, payment providers or other third parties. Their services, terms and policies may apply separately.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, Northpine Atelier is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from store use. Nothing in these terms or related policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
