Shipping policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026. Northpine Atelier currently ships only to valid delivery addresses in Canada. Orders are processed and delivered according to the terms below.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping rate and transit time

Standard shipping is free for eligible Canadian orders. The estimated carrier transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is normally 6–10 business days. Remote areas, weather, carrier disruptions or customs processing may add time.

Tracking

When the order ships, the customer receives a dispatch confirmation with the carrier and tracking link when tracking is available. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Delivery address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate Canadian delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has started. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Taxes, duties and import fees

Product prices are shown in CAD. Applicable taxes collected by the store are displayed at checkout. If a duty, import fee or carrier brokerage charge is not collected at checkout, it may be charged by the carrier or Canadian authority and is the customer's responsibility.

Delay, loss or damage in transit

If tracking is delayed beyond the estimated window, or a parcel appears lost or damaged, contact us through the Contact page with the order number. We will review the carrier record and open an investigation when appropriate.
