Shipping Policy

Northpine Atelier is operated by TABITHA JUDEQ LLC. We currently accept orders for valid delivery addresses in Canada through our official store at northpineatelier.com. Product prices and checkout totals are shown in CAD unless checkout states otherwise.

Fulfilment origin

Orders are prepared and dispatched from the United States. Our business and authorized returns address is:

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Canada delivery estimates

For most Canadian delivery addresses, standard carrier transit is estimated at 5-12 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is normally 6-15 business days.

Remote, northern, rural, or limited-service postal codes may require extra carrier time. Weather, customs review, peak periods, address issues, and carrier disruptions can also extend delivery estimates.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping to eligible Canadian addresses is free when checkout displays a CAD $0 shipping rate for the completed delivery address. If checkout cannot validate a Canadian address, shipping options may be unavailable until the address is corrected.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send the tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a parcel is delayed, refused, returned, or undeliverable because of an incomplete or incorrect address, contact us so we can review the order and available carrier options.
