Is the leather genuine?

Each product page identifies the specified outer material. Northpine Atelier products are designed around genuine cowhide leather or cowhide suede according to the style.

How do I choose a size?

Compare the finished-garment measurements on the product page with a similar garment that fits well. The Size Guide provides a general US/Canada body-measurement reference.

Will the item look exactly like the photo?

The design, colour family and construction should match the product presentation, while grain, small marks and tonal variation are natural characteristics of genuine leather.

Where do orders ship from and where do you deliver?

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the United States. We currently accept orders for valid delivery addresses in Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard carrier transit to Canada is estimated at 5-12 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is normally 6-15 business days. Remote, northern, rural, or limited-service postal codes may require extra carrier time.

When is shipping free?

An order qualifies for free standard shipping when checkout displays a CAD $0 shipping rate for the completed Canadian address and current cart. Otherwise, the shipping charge shown at checkout applies.

How do I track an order?

Use the carrier link in the shipping-confirmation email or visit the Track Order page. Tracking scans may take up to 48 hours to appear.

How do I start a return?

Read the Returns Policy and use the Contact page within 30 calendar days after delivery before sending an item back.
