Refund Policy

Northpine Atelier is operated by TABITHA JUDEQ LLC. Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging. Items showing wear, odour, damage, alteration, missing components, or signs of use may be refused or may have a deduction applied where permitted by law.

How to start a return

Contact us at info@northpineatelier.com and include the order number, product name, and reason for the return. For damage, an incorrect item, or a material difference from the product description, include clear photos. Please wait for return authorization and packing instructions before sending the item.

This address accepts authorized returns only. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.

Return shipping cost

For change-of-mind returns, size preference, or other customer-choice returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable postal or carrier service and keep the receipt until the return is completed.

If we sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is a verified material issue with the product, contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos so we can review the order and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing is normally initiated within 5-10 business days after inspection, although the bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

For size or product exchanges, contact us before returning the item. Exchange availability depends on current stock and item condition after inspection.

Cancellations

A cancellation may be requested within 12 hours after ordering or before fulfilment begins, whichever comes first. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, the return process applies.
