Terms of service.

These terms govern use of the Northpine Atelier storefront and must match the final payment, shipping and returns configuration.

Launch draft: confirm final operating details before publishing this policy or submitting the store to Google Merchant Center.

Products and pricing

Product descriptions, specifications and CAD prices are presented as accurately as possible. Natural leather variation is expected. Obvious errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Orders

An order is accepted after payment approval and confirmation. Northpine Atelier may cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and may not misuse the storefront or interfere with its security.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
