General Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made from Northpine Atelier through northpineatelier.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the product details, price in CAD, shipping terms, return policy, and checkout information displayed at the time of purchase.

Products and pricing

We sell leather outerwear and separates including coats, vests, and skirts. Product pages describe the item, materials, size options, stock status, price, and care notes. Prices are displayed in CAD unless checkout states otherwise.

Shipping

Orders are prepared for delivery to Canada. Standard shipping is free when checkout displays a CAD $0 shipping rate for the completed Canadian delivery address. Processing and transit estimates are described in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must meet the condition requirements stated in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
